District Conference
The District Conference has come to a close, and a great time was had by all!
- Opening with a golf tournament at the beautiful Grants Pass Golf Club. Winner was the the conference chair and his partner.
- Friday night BBQ at the fairgrounds, with cowboy theme.
- Saturday program of wonderful, interesting speakers, and featuring our Youth Exchange Students displaying there many talents.
- High school students competing in the Four Way Test speech contest.
- Elegant dinner and more great speakers at the Boys and Girls Club.
Most of all it was a time of fellowship, meeting Rotarians from around the district and enjoying conversing with the youth exchange students.
A special thanks to our District Conference chair, Tim Quinlan, and all of the 50+ committee members who put this all together. And thanks to DG Nelson Maler for his leadership organizing it all.
